@politico Has anyone considered a return to the Nixon doctrine: play China off against Russia? Russia still occupies Chinese territory it claimed during the era of 19th century "gun boat diplomacy." Don't let the "yellow peril" mentality restrict our menu of sanctions against Russia.

@mbieseck @AP I made Staff Sergeant (E-5) after less than 4 years active duty in the USAF. To be in the USAF 14 years, to have to quit 6 years shy of full retirement benefits (after 20 yrs 50% of final base pay) and to be only at E-4 rank, calls for an explanation of her military record. PTSD?

@AP @mbieseck I was promoted to Staff Sergeant (E-5) after less than 4 years active duty in the USAF. To be in 14 years and only make E-4 seems strange. And, to quit six years short of getting 50% life time pay on USAF retirement is also strange. Quit a job at the nuclear plant. Anger control?
