@thsottiaux Please add cross-device sync for ChatGPT Work tasks. Work tasks started on iOS/web don’t appear in the desktop app, which makes it difficult to continue the same workflow across devices. Ideally, Work tasks should sync seamlessly between mobile, web, and desktop.

If Hilton cannot resolve this fairly within 24hrs, I will have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer and file a complaint with the Japan Tourism Agency and Consumer Affairs Agency. I booked Hilton Niseko direct for ¥506,956, while Agoda listed the same Hilton room & dates for ¥451,414. I submitted Hilton’s Price Match Guarantee, but my claim was denied again and again with shifting excuses: first “different currency,” then “not final page,” then “logo missing,” then “cashback,” and now “no tax breakdown.” I provided proof for each one, yet Hilton kept moving the goalposts. After weeks of delay, prices have only risen — leaving me worse off than if I had simply booked Agoda. Instead of honoring loyalty, Hilton’s guarantee feels like a trap to push higher rates. Hilton denied my claim multiple times, each with a new excuse: 1.“Different currency” (I provided proof in JPY ✅) 2.“Screenshots not from final page” (I provided final checkout page ✅) 3.“Third-party logo missing” (I included Agoda logo ✅) 4.“Cashback not eligible” (I showed the pre-cashback rate ✅) 5.“No tax/service fee breakdown” (Agoda now shows 10% + 13% breakdown ✅) Every time I addressed one, Hilton invented another. @HiltonHotels @Hilton
