So much Drama about our looks, bodies and how we want to be perceived. An antidote to that Drama is Dharma.
Bravery and love are so similar because both are an antithesis to FEAR. First step: BRAVERY doing the things you deem right despite of your fear. A turning point on our path towards truth. And ultimately: real LOVE where fear loses itself.
Losing sucks but it is in never trying where the shame lies. Brave choices.
Almost all of our thoughts are useless because we are mostly in environments that fill it with useless things. But you can change that!

In a desperate attempt to return our world to balance, people perform all sorts of foolish rituals. Like slicing up their bodies to "become a woman." Or, among the spiritual circles, we see men crying in front of others. None of this is an integration of the feminine.
So, how does one integrate the feminine side? Concern for survival must be overcome in all its forms. In part, this is done by meeting the immediate needs. But also, by overcoming attachments to material things.
There is no femininity while survival is of concern. And survival, in this context, is a broad term. Even sexual gratification counts as a survival need for some people.
See this simple example: 1) How feminine can you be in a street fight. 2) How feminine can you be on a Friday afternoon while writing. It's obvious, yes? Femininity can only arise when survival is not threatened.
So, femininity can never be forced. Neither physical modifications nor performative acts are it. It can only bloom once the right conditions are in place. And then, it becomes "integrated" on its own. So may you get these conditions in place. x.com/clownworldmonk…
