It can be hard to judge distance on the roads while travelling at speed. You can use roadside objects to judge distance - especially on roads without lines. In good conditions leave a 2 second gap if possible. If rainy or icy, increase this gap. 👍

YES!! 🙌🏽 Next week is another Bank Holiday, so if you're travelling, try to stop every 2 hours for at least 15 mins. Finding a farm shop, cafe or picnic area on or close by your route will make the trip less stressful, healthier & cost-effective choice than the motorway services
