visidata can save views (e.g. filters, sorts, freq. tables) with the typical `Ctrl+S`, or yank to the system clipboard with `gY` It can do this export in various formats (tho GitHub markdown table format didn't work for me github.com/astanin/python…) using `python-tabulate` package
Starting to get the hang of visidata: `#` / `%` sets col. as int/float `[` / `]` sort ⇡/⇣ `=` creates a new col. via Python expr (col. names are variables & tab complete), `g=`/`z=` overwrites col/row Lovely stuff man: visidata.org/man/ col docs: visidata.org/docs/columns/

Today i found awesome and really fast cli tool to view csv files. It looks way better than csvlook | less. it also shows headers on top when you scroll sudo apt install visidata; vd file.csv

I'm enjoying building small quick command line tools around visidata. Particularly nice for spot-checking parquet which I've usually had to use a custom python or R script in the past.
