and reminder that this also takes HOURS of work!!
Some people still don't quite get how the pay works exactly so: If a video i subtitled is 11 minutes long, I get paid 11$ at the end of the month. that's it.
@VeniGamiz I hope so too! Besides being helpful since most QSMP videos have all languages, it’s always nice to meet other translators, especially coworkers 🤍 Let’s hope for the best!
I translated some of the same videos as Veni did, but I never got paid for any of my work (not even 1$ per minute like he was). To this day, no one has contacted me regarding any payment still.
As part of the translation team as well, I want to confirm this, and please support Veni! I want to add that despite everything, other supervisors really appreciated our work and tried their best to improve our conditions. I choose to believe the new team will know what to do 🤍

back when veni first got hired where was this entire saga where we first saw how broken communication was because some chick was LARPING AS A SERVER ADMIN HANDLING HIS APPLICATION and turned out to be a total nobody. the structure is so decentralized that nobody could step in
