iCloud has been very problematic on iOS 17.4. This has been the main cause of crashes in Valence 3D. Todays update *should* resolve these crashes. By default iCloud is turned off, its been removed from the marketing on the site as well. Use at your own risk.

I just discovered this like 10 minutes ago but it's too cool not to share it! It's called Valence 3D and it makes you 3D model on the iPad in a very intuitive way. It's paid software but it is a one-time purchase, go follow them, they made a really cool tool!! @Valence3D

Update Announcement: The next release of Valence 3D (1.0.8) will Disable iCloud by default for new users. You can always Enable iCloud by turning off the Disable iCloud. Just be aware it might cause crashes due to iOS 17 & reported iCloud issues.

@Valence3D Solved! Thanks a lot for the quick answer! Tried with a subdivided box and the tool showed up when selecting an edge. I guess the shape I was trying to fill had probably too many edges 😢. Thanks a lot for your work with the app!
Hi @Valence3D ,just a question…was the “Fill Hole” tool removed? I saw some tutorials using it but it’s not showing on my app. I’m up to date about updates.
@Valence3D Naw, I doubt ur dumb, Just needed a reason & interesting way to learn. I never went to college. In my late 30's I decided to give up the idea that Im too dumb to make games & just taught myself the maths & apis, Few yrs later Im a 3D Graphics programmer at meta :)

@nocxr_ @nomadsculpt @Procreate @Valence3D I do texture paint using procreate and I haven’t had any issues, however, with this model, I just subdivided and vertex paint.
