If you don’t know how to drive on a two way highway don’t drive on one. The amount of near misses I’ve seen on the Granum route in the last few weeks is ridiculous. Don’t try and pass 5 cars at once, and if you’re too scared to pass a semi then leave a gap for other drivers!
Boost orders are so shitty right now, like I know it’s the start of the year but they put off the orders for so long. I didn’t get my food for 50 minutes today. They need to work on how they manage all orders :,)

Apparently our new Chancellor tried to both-sides an Indigenous issue (a dam being built), and said that Indigenous people need to ask themselves if they could benefit from starting to live in the current century.
Nowadays I hate all the rhetoric of women hating men, and men hating women. Like why are we so polarized it’s not a football team. We are all individuals and there are bad apples amongst any group of people doesn’t make it fair to antagonize everybody in that group.

Not a confession but I am loving all of the driving complaints here lol. As someone who lives here full time its shocking to see the difference from summer with no students to the actual school year. Lots of you really need to learn how to drive / how a traffic circle works lmao
It’s sad to see the state of our school’s athletics programs after watching the women’s soccer team play. I don’t blame the players at all, it’s all on the coaching/investment into the teams. The level is no where close to where it should be for post-secondary athletics.

while our profs may care about us, it is important to remember that people in power must maintain professional boundaries. most profs are not mental health experts nor our natural supports and should not replicate paternalistic (colonial) relationships with us. #uelthstrike
I’m honestly so disappointed that not a single one of my profs tried to reach out to their classes during the strike, even tho they gave us their personal emails. Tell us you don’t care without telling us you don’t care

@UoflConfess Since I’m the chair of Music, I can tell you there is going to be a very strong discussion from my office with professors about reasonable expectations from students. I’ve got our student’s backs! And just like the pandemic, I will distribute the grade appeals policy for you all.
