@dercimus19035 Yep! The handle is 3d printed. There are 4 AA batteries in the handle which requires a pause mid print to install the battery contacts. The blade is a Circuit Board and there will be a laser cut part as a light diffuser around the blade. Its been a lot of fun to design.

Would there be interest in doing a 'How to make an SAO (PCB Design) workshop this weekend'? I'm thinking I'll spin up a discord server and work with people to make their own SAO for a few hours.
The defcon badge this year will have an SAO header. Making an SAO is an easy intro for PCB design.
