I mostly avoid overloading because it takes a lot of space in the code. But this solution works quite well! If you don't put the second argument it assumes it is "something else" #unity3d #unitytips #gamedev #indiedev

This one is a must know, seriously if you are still making variables public whenever you suspect there are some bugs, you are doing it wrong! You can just turn Debug mode on and see them. Reduces some headaches for sure 😀 #unity3d #unitytips #gamedev #indiedev

I like this alot in games! Makes them have a little more complexity without needing those buttons and joysticks on screen (you should avoid that if you can). You could even go more complex and divide the screen in three! 😀 #unity3d #unitytips #gamedev #indiedev

Blend trees are a quick way to setup different animations based on values you set, a common example is the walking to a specific direction, just pass values to the parameters and unity will handle the rest 😀 #unity3d #unitytips #gamedev #indiedev
