In fact when Nixon was president, a justice stated that charging a president while he was in office might be unconstitutional because a president couldn’t run his defense while running the country. Trvmp ain’t running the country, the supreme court has no business deciding if Trvmp should have immunity. If y’all don’t know what the Supreme court’s duties are, look it up. I did.
