@UberEats I asked my friend if they were hungry, they said yes. We placed an order and waited 1.5 hours. uber refused to let us just cancel. Went back and forth with multiple reps who just end the chat rudely. Was promised a refund, then was told for technical issues it can’t be provided.

@UberEats a company whose customer service has no idea what’s going on and barely speaks English. When am I gonna get someone actually to help me instead of keep giving me the runaround. Because apparently diamond delivery status doesn’t mean anything

Going to Capital One because @UberEats wanted to steal my money. The restaurant wouldn’t cancel the order and y’all just let them take my money. Y’all are messed up for that. But at least I listened to the finance bros when they told me to always buy with credit cards.
