It is nice to be back in Mazatlán for a couple of days.
There was supposed to be some bigger winds today so Captain Scott has the mainsail reefed. The 2.5 knots we were doing this morning has increased to a solid 5.5 We have 23 miles to go.🔥🔥
Slow drift through the night, we have 44 nm to go to the entrance of our next destination. Wind is starting to pick up now that the sun is up. We are doing a solid 2.5 knots, hope that picks up as the thermals kick in.

We are having a lovely sail down to Mazetlan. The captain is amused at how amused I am at the distance we’ve covered today so far. We are doing a pretty solid 4 knot average and I’m thrilled that we’ve gone a whole 9 miles. #liveaboradlife #oceancruiser #sailing
