Tweeter for Mac is not dead.... 10.7 coming soon
Sorry all for the delay on 10.7 support. I have been in the process of moving so my free time has been consumed. I promise, 10.7 is coming.

for those who sent me emails reporting crashes with the latest version of Tweeter, just wanted to let you know that I am working on it.
@Syv_Lawliet can you send me the crash reports found at ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Tweeter_*.crash
@Syv_Lawliet both applications are only supported on OSX, which version of OSX are you running, which architecture, PPC, i386, or x86_64?

@Syv_Lawliet yes, 2.4.2 caused a crash. which was fixed in 2.4.3.

@NormGregory 2.4.2 was a broken build. There are several signing scripts an for the AppStore submission that broke login. 2.4.3 is good :)

@slashamill there was a bug in 2.4.2, which i fixed in 2.4.3 please update to fix the problem
