Focus on the good. It's always important to analyze what went wrong with a losing trade to learn from your mistakes. However, it's also important to give yourself credit for what you did well.
Sit in silence for 10-15 minutes a day Your mind is racing with over 60,000 thoughts a day Take 10-15 minutes to: Sit in silence Practice mindfulness Give your mind a break Learn to be present in the moment This is an underrated habit for your life and trading!

Your risk per trade can be an emotional thermometer. Too big and you become fearful. Too small and you don't care. Find the right balance.
