Three years ago today filming in Liverpool with Ian Callaghan and the Farm's Peter Hooton, after a stop-off in Widnes to film the lovely Neil Robinson. What a fab day this was.

Three years ago today and the second day of filming for 'Tosh' with Sir Gareth Edwards in Porthcawl and Swansea punk legend Ray 'Bunner' Jones, at his Mum's flat which is on the site of the Vetch Field. What a labour of love that film was 🦢⚽️🦢⚽️
1974/75. Looks like George Best who ironically was linked with the Swans at that time because of the Harry Gregg connection. Played against us for Stockport that season actually.

So glad I saw him one final time and took this photo. At the recent QPR game with Leighton Phillips.
Just had an emotional Tosh on the phone: "I've managed all over the world but he's one of the best I've ever worked with. The true sign of greatness is when the other team knows what you're going to do... but they can't stop you. That was Leighton. What a talented boy he was".

This is lovely. For me, those two seasons 92/93 and 93/94 were the best post-Toshack years to be a Swans fan. John Cornforth was central to this, I idolised him as a fan and we then became friends and he came to my wedding in 2016. The loveliest of men... and what a player 🦢⚽️

#OnThisDay 46 years ago... 📅 @SwansOfficial lost one of its finest servants: Harry Griffiths (1931-1978). Harry made 421 apps (72⚽️) for the #Swans, before becoming scout, trainer, physio, assistant man and manager in his 3 decades at the club. Gone but never forgotten. #YJB
@ToshMovie First game my father took me to was Swans v Wimbledon at the Vetch North Bank. Harry Griffiths was the Manager. It is remarkable how many of that young squad was part of the team that got promoted to the 1st Division a few years later - all down to Harry Griffiths.
