I know I haven't been on here much since I left Acronis, but I'm back looking for my next adventure! I'm trying to find remote cybersecurity work, preferably threat research or malware analysis, but open to other roles as well.
@nicolefranq For me, it was part luck, and part passion. I wasn't qualified, but someone took a chance on me because I was so fascinated by it all. Now when I am in a hiring position, I typically won't hire someone who doesn't have the passion for it, no matter their skill level.

Yesterday was my last day at Acronis. I didn't expect to leave the company so soon, but the right opportunity presented itself, and I couldn't say no. I think this next part of the journey will be fun, and will allow me to really grow in ways I haven't experience before.

@jed_reynolds The last major thing that went wrong with my Linux machine took 12 minutes to troubleshoot and correct. The last minor thing that went wrong on my Windows machine took a day and a half.
