What 'common-sense' solutions do you propose? How about enforcing existing laws before you plan anything else. Try that first you'd be surprised at the results.

People shouldn’t fear going to the grocery store. They shouldn’t fear going to church. Or concerts, or school, or the movies. There are common-sense solutions to help end gun violence, and it’s long past time to step up and get them done.
