The law requires an "Election Day," not an "Election Week." or "Election Month" -- counting ballots that arrive days and weeks after Election Day beyond the date set by Congress is illegal, violates the civil rights of voters, and encourages fraud! Illinois counts ballots that arrive up to 14 DAYS after Election Day, even without a postmark. @TomFitton An “day” is a minimum requirement. You may want to review the definition of “minimum.” States are within their rights to have voting on additional days. If we go with your view we’ll end up disenfranchising overseas military for a start. You wouldn’t want to do that, would you?
@TomFitton I totally agree, but they are allowing the Democrats to steal the vote.
@TomFitton Two different states, two different Circuit Courts, two different or conflicting rulings = SCOTUS. Nice!
@TomFitton no it does not - it allows flexibility within the laws to allow as many as possible to vote.
@TomFitton I think this is the constitutional battle. If they want there vote counted it must be counted on Election Day otherwise vote in person!!
I need to look on YouTube to find those videos I’ve seen of “😉democrats😉” (leftists) showing how the voting machines can be cheated. How “mail in ballots” can be cheated. THEY were the ones casting doubt and blame on these kind of things. Nadler nodding in agreement stuck in my mind …
