I agree, but the question becomes one of timeline. The long arc of history does seem to bend towards justice, but god damn, there can be long periods of unimaginable tragedy and suffering. The long arc is of little consolation to those who live and die in the suffering.

@TomBilyeu Excellent point. But also we must plant trees knowing we will never enjoy sitting in their shade
@TomBilyeu What works for the group may not be beneficial to every individual.
@TomBilyeu Nothing makes sense without faith in God. With it, comes not as much clarity as consolation. But two smart guys without faith are waterless vessels.
@TomBilyeu I agree, keeping it real. Though I believe that in the "human quotion" only the "liberation of Free Enterprise" is going to save "Freedom" itself in this world - still, ex. those born under the 70 years of the Soviet Unions iron-fisted oppression, had no choice but - to fight!
@TomBilyeu Exactly. Instead of thinking how do we get to Type I on Kardashev Scale, and power the entire world with clean and abundant energy, pulling everyone out of poverty, reactionary forces are now thinking in terms of "degrowth", "net zero" and "depopulation" and they are "winning".
@TomBilyeu AMEN! Why wait for a better future and solve a problem then. We could make the future this moment if we chose to. The future ALWAYS becomes the present moment, might as well make it immediate!
