Youth Coaches-give your players the Freedom to Fail..Too many players are afraid to fail. Once they make a mistake, explain or show them what to do differently. Yelling at players for making a mistake will typically lead to more fear of failure. Coach em up, not down!!

My #1 objective with the hitters I work with is to teach them to be their own Hitting Coach. Players need to be open minded, listen/learn from everyone, but know what works best for them. Always learning and always improving!
Nov/Dec Exit Velo Hitting session has already seen some great results! Jan/Feb is now open for registration! Youth class (11u-14u) and HS (14u-18u) class on Mondays and Thursdays. This hitting class makes hitters better!
