@mish_rahman In 2018 the only reason Biggs won alongside a large proportion of councillors was thanks to Jeremy Corbyn. Unlike Biggs, Lutfur Rahman and his Aspire folks understand local needs and have been on the ground since the pandemic hit. @TH_Labour were too busy with photo ops.
