Totally agreed very stressful trying to transport an e-bike on @gwr it’s not really worth the effort! Are we not trying to encourage low carbon transport in the uk? Seriously this is a really terrible situation. Bristol to Reading today 2 e-bikes bad experience.

@alastairjam Yes we did in the end it was over an hour to get a gate then over an hour for the bus to arrive bags actually came quickly so all in all we we’re probably delayed about 21/2 to 3 hours after a flight from California. Not great felt a bit sorry for the crew .

@British_Airways stranded on the taxiway at Heathrow on BA 278 from San Jose for an hour so far with no prospect of moving due to another IT failure? Don’t need this after a long flight?

@British_Airways No just an hour on the taxiway and now an hour or two for coaches and then possibly an hour or two for luggage? Perhaps BA can give us some information rather than someone is working on it? This is really really terrible for the reputation of BA and UK!

@British_Airways @admaxdavis Major Systems failure according to our flight crew 1 hour on taxiway no coaches and likely no baggage BA you need to get your act together and also tell everyone what’s going on!

@FirstPortHelp I have had foul water back flowing into my tenants flat at Viridian Battersea for 9 days and Mainstay which is part of FirstPort have been inept and the issue continues. This needs some serious escalation.

@BTCare Hi Kevin lights go orange the network keeps resetting my link IP address it’s being doing it for months and the support to resolve is rubbish. I have cancelled my Bt contract after about 20 years. Moved to Plusnet yes still bt but a third of the price and better support.
