I had to buy new clothes, because I was working Monday morning and wasn't sure if I would ever see my bag again. I am a lecturer and I have to dress appropriately. It cost me $727.00 CDN to replace my clothes and $77.00 CDN for basic toiletries.

@airtransat I book club flex from YUL to LIM nonstop. You selected a smaller aircraft, with a stopover in Punta Cana, and the absolute worst seats. I was three hours late getting to LIM. Then arrived without bags. Sunday morning arriving in Salta on a long weekend.

@airtransat so the cherry on top, after the most horrendous flight I have ever experienced, and I certainly travel more than most, I arrived in Lima, exhausted from no sleep, sitting on a park bench of aircraft seat, 3 hours late and no baggage.

@airtransat I will never fly Air Transit again. We booked a first class non stop flight from YUL to LIM. I was assigned a seat that was not a wider seat with a recline function and a leg rest. And it's not a non stop trip, which means I have to be two hours longer than planned.
