Really disappointed with @qatarairways . Booked a ticket from Kuwait to bangalore. Did online check in as well. While I reached the airport counter for luggage check in, I was refused to board the flight since I came to Kuwait on a family Visa and apparently I could only (1/2)

Left my old passport (has my US visitor visa) on the first leg of my plane back to Seattle, and it's been 13 days and @qrsupport @qatarairways has not been responding at all on the Lost/Found report. Anyone know how to get any sort of traction on this?
