Trump’s Treasury Secretary, “Foreclosure King” Steve Mnuchin, seized the assets of 30,000 American families when he repossessed their homes and threw them out on the street. But Trump backers complain that seizing his assets is somehow anti-capitalist?
@Thom_Hartmann No. We're complaining that your behavior is totalitarian. Because your behavior is totalitarian.
@Thom_Hartmann Oh, you mean back in 2008 when Mnuchin was part of a group of investors that saved a bank from bankruptcy? All part of the legal foreclosure process, which typically occurs when a deadbeat homeowner defaults on their mortgage payments? Lefties have nothing to run on but fear.
@Thom_Hartmann For a phony half billion dollar fine? Not quite the same thing.
@Thom_Hartmann Totally different circumstances.
@Thom_Hartmann That you can’t see the difference or pretend there isn’t a big one = tells everyone all they need to know about you.
@Thom_Hartmann Please show me ONE instance where ANY of the people foreclosed upon were denied Due Process because they were forced to post a bond so large that they were unable to appeal. I'll wait. You are not a serious person. The 8th amendment Thom.
@Thom_Hartmann It's easy to see why you chose to be a "personality" rather than go for that degree in Computer Science...
@Thom_Hartmann Repossession is a result of nonpayment for a long time . Trump paid his obligations in full . You tell me what you DONT know about Property ownership in one post .
