Ambiguity and groundlessness can make you uncomfortable, discomfort can lead to anger. you might feel hurt and want to lash out. Try to stay in the discomfort, sit with it, and learn from it, rather than escaping it by denying other people's existence and experience. (2/5)

If you really believe in the 'Australian value' of the 'fair go', why not give young indigenous people a fair go. You're upset by her words? Maybe she's upset by the genocide of her people. Rather than focusing on calling out the racism, hatred and vitriol I have seen and been subjected to on social media today. I would prefer to focus on that feeling I have that is fluttering as a result of so many allies in attendance at our events across the country.
