This must get built
@TheStalwart Have you done a podcast on the economic/business case for this?
If you're going to build a crazy 581 m tall tower in Oklahoma city, why wouldn't you make it 828 m to top Burj Khalifa, or 1000m to top the upcoming Burj Jeddah? Well cost of course, but the increase in marginal cost per floor may be overstated, see Chicago for instance buildingtheskyline.org/skyscraper-hei…
@TheStalwart Record height towers frequently coincide with impending down turns. Given the current poor state of commercial office exposure on bank balance sheets, this could not be a worse idea for real estate or banks. $SKRE @TuttleCapital
@TheStalwart its so perfect for okc in that it is a shiny Planned newish city that feels completely unoccupied
@TheStalwart Another AT&T building that will be worth zero in ten years.
@TheStalwart How many meters high will this be after it is completed?
@TheStalwart It will. Their current tallest building in the state was built during the financial crisis. Everyone laughed when they announced it.
