"They're all dead. They must be. Everybody's dead except ... me." #S1E8 Twilight Zone's "Time Enough at Last" by Rod Serling stars Burgess Meredith in the first of four episodes.
@TheNightGallery One of my fave episodes. I can’t choose between this one and Eye of the Beholder for the top spot. But I love to read so sometimes this comes ahead.
@TheNightGallery My favorite episode, and the first TZ episode I ever watched. Blew my mind as a kid. I think about the ending more often than I probably should.
@TheNightGallery “It’s Not Fair. It’s Not Fair” It certainly wasn’t. 😱 One of the cruelest endings in TV history. #TheTwilightZone
@TheNightGallery Truly the most memorable for me. The idea of being alone & not able to read was the real hell to me, & I was about 8 or 9. Just loved to read--thanks forever to a grandmother & great grandmother, but also my mother helping me to read a 3rd grade Bambi book in 1st grade.
@TheNightGallery One of the all time greats! Heartbreaking but great.
@TheNightGallery This is one of my favorite episodes. It’s heartbreaking how mean his wife and boss were about his love of reading. It’s interesting that he was in an episode where he was a librarian and was considered obsolete along with the books.
