Dan Simpson, a 65-year-old Domino's delivery worker in Boise, Idaho, after he stopped at a convenience store to buy Diet Cokes for a customer after his restaurant ran out - and that kind gesture earned him $40,000. The customer, Brain Wilson, didn't answer his call asking for a soda substitute, so Simpson shrugged it off and ran across the street to grab a pair of 2-liter bottles for his delivery. Wilson said on the surface, it didn't look like that big a deal, but the thoughtfulness and kindness is hard to find nowadays. Wilson didn't have cash to tip him, so again Wilson shrugged it off. Footage of the viral interaction racked up 600,000 views on TicToc. Wilson was so moved, he started a GoFundMe for Simpson who is retiring on April 30th. Wilson said the thing that people don't know is both his wife and he are visually impaired, so going to the store is not a simple task.
