High Court Judge, Justice Gladys Mhuri has overturned Judge Chinamhora's ruling that saw Zimbabwe's first Education Minister, Dr Dzingai Mutumbuka being evicted from his US$600k Chisipite House on a technicality. The ruling means that the suspected fraudsters Harrison Marange and his wife Demetria Zirenga who bought the house after forging the title deeds are no longer lawful owners. The couple should be facing the music any time. @TheMirrorMsv That judge must be investigated, even on technicality, loosing a house is not a joke.
@TheMirrorMsv Why not just say default judgment against Mutumbuka rescinded? No High Court judge can overturn a judgment by another High Court judge as you imply. The High Court however can rescind (cancel) a default judgment it granted earlier on, on application by the affected party.
@TheMirrorMsv Off topic. One of my great grandfather’s proudest or achievement is having taught Dr Dzingai Mutumbuka in primary school. After 2 bottles of castle he would say " i taught the first education minister of this country and even today he will tell you no one would dare repeat crtns"
@TheMirrorMsv There’s still hope in the justice system of Zimbabwe🙌🏾🙌🏾✊🏾
@TheMirrorMsv This is a FAIR JUDGEMENT and Marange and his wife should be licked up in jail
