Being stronger than someone doesn't make you better or mean you treat them this way.
wtf is with this tiktok cringe? The guy on the left is an old man with an injury and he is still pushing those 30s up quite easily. I can't really see what the other guy is lifting but he's also doing it easily. Meanwhile this girl who is probably posting these people online for clout without their permission is really struggling with beginner weight for men for a shoulder press.
@TheJoeySwoll You never even know what routine someone is on either at the gym. One workout they may be doing cool down or cardio routine and, on another day, they may be do the same exercise with more weight for bulking
@TheJoeySwoll He easily put up 10 reps while she started to struggle with 4. She doesn’t know his sets or what workout he’s doing. People don’t lift max reps every set or workout. She should challenge him instead of making click bait (or really do neither).
@TheJoeySwoll I'm finding more and more. Women are extremely toxic in the gym... It really is a shame because the gym is supposed to be a sacred place of gains and happiness.
@TheJoeySwoll Why is she even bragging? The guy to her right doesn't look to be lifting very much less than her at all but he is also lifting it twice as fast.
@TheJoeySwoll Some days I lift heavy, some days I lift light and go for reps. This bitch is a sociopathic weirdo. GoOd JoB! GiRL PoWeR!
@TheJoeySwoll To the lady in the video; how long have you been a karen? 👇🏽
@TheJoeySwoll You just know that she’s the type of woman who calls all over her ex-boyfriend’s narcissists.
@TheJoeySwoll This is why people avoid the gym. Intimidated with people lifting a lot of weight. This woman is the problem. Everyone has their own goals, everyone has their own fight,
@TheJoeySwoll Homie is working on his endurance and tone. This chick's trying to show off. Do an arm wrestling match and watch how fast he smokes you.
