I need to lose 20 pounds by June. I'm taking all crash diet ideas other than the Meth and ozempic.
@TheSkyDaddy1 20 lbs in 2 months isn’t impossible but please do so in a healthy sustainable manner. When people put dates and timelines on their weight loss journey it can lead to them doing extreme and sometimes unhealthy things, as well as a rebound immediately gaining the weight back.
@TheJoeySwoll @TheSkyDaddy1 Bro you don't have to do anything extreme. Cut your carbs and intense cardio. That's it. Deplete your carbs. It's what bodybuilders do. That's it. Not a big deal
@TheJoeySwoll @TheSkyDaddy1 Don't know the guys' eating habits, but I cut out carbs, sugar, and alcohol on December 27 and have lost 30 lbs so far. I've plateaued recently, so I've adjusted a few things and hopefully will drop a bit more body fat by summer.
@TheJoeySwoll @TheSkyDaddy1 You can safely lose up to 2 pounds a week by using a fasting routine and timing all your calories around your workouts. You will taper down to 1 pound a week as you get closer to your goal.
@TheJoeySwoll @TheSkyDaddy1 Good advice to ignore the numbers. Eat healthy, exercise, and create a sustainable healthy lifestyle and you body will find the weight it should be at, which is different for everybody.
@TheJoeySwoll @TheSkyDaddy1 I did this. I pushed my weight loss too fast too hard went from 209lbs to my lowest 148lbs almost crashed out. i’m back around 158 to 160 losing all that weight I feel so much better. It’s worth it just be careful.
@TheJoeySwoll @TheSkyDaddy1 Agree. However depending on where he is starting, if obese: dropping a lot of weight quickly can be done but upping fiber intact, drinking only water (mix with fiber flavor like benefiber esp before meals), and a hour of steady state cardio like a 2 mile walk daily.
@TheJoeySwoll @TheSkyDaddy1 How do you build back muscle after a stroke? I need help with balance and coordination I think right now I can barely lift 15lbs.
@TheJoeySwoll @TheSkyDaddy1 Gotta go all in on consistency and be patient with yourself. Goes for a lot of things in life. Good insight
