Seasons come, seasons go. You determine how they affect you. Words of wisdom from Alicia Perkins. lnkd.in/gRVSY4nE
"The survey of 2,000 professionals by Robert Walters found many people are ‘career cushioning’, which refers to someone setting the groundwork to leave a role because of uneasiness about their current position. When asked what the…lnkd.in/gy8b23ur lnkd.in/gVCVDH3E

@dianakelly It does seem like people put off things they need done when the warm weather comes around. Even job seekers slow down their job search in the summer. Not a good idea.
Do you start sweating when an interviewer asks if you have any questions? Worse, do you say "no," just to get out of the situation? FYI: Post-interview questions are a must! However, what you ask is crucial, so it requires research and preparation. I h…lnkd.in/gDP_r4Ea
Do you avoid applying for jobs you know you are qualified for, and have experience in, because you don't have a #degree? A degree is great to have, but not always necessary. You may actually be more qualified for a job than someone with a degree, so don'…lnkd.in/gxUA6Nmk
I'm seeing SO many questions on my main page with job seekers asking tons of questions about their LinkedIn profiles, and the importance of each section. I know profiles can feel overwhelming to set up and maintain, but done prope…lnkd.in/gDgkHJuA lnkd.in/gd6sW-4z
