If you want an NHS, then you CANNOT vote Tory. It's really that simple. If you do vote Tory and want to keep the NHS, then I'm afraid you are that simple - some might say fuckin' thick. I know I would.
@TedUrchin @caffinatedvegan The NHS is costing £180bn a year to and still it complains of underfunding, permeating a public perception that it is falling apart. If that is true how much more money is required to bring it to standard and who is going to pay for it?
@TedUrchin Now do the same with unemployment - and go back another 15 years pre Thatcher too
So funds have increased, but the NHS treats more people, and Dr's havevstruck numerous times, and then there was Covid-19 (SARS-CoV-2) that made massive changes to appointments, allowing people to become sicker taking more time to heal, with bed blocking increasing (check that out) and councils not dealing with ability to discharge their duties. It is cumulative, and every area needs to be addressed not just blaming the NHS frontline staff
@TedUrchin @susanbaker588 Just for reference, here's the original thread Not just NHS waiting lists, investment, staff retention, life expectancy - all worse under the Tories #ToryDemocide x.com/jburnmurdoch/s…

@TedUrchin @jasonhindle So when Tories are in charge, the NHS is in trouble? Is that your point? Who wants a health care system where (more than) half the time it is in trouble? Better to get politics out of health care, no? Privatisation seems the answer.
@TedUrchin @_martinpalmer_ The NHS structure doesn't work.
@TedUrchin Same with Scotland, bet that's Tories fault too lol I'm not a Tory before you say, I care not a shit for any of them, I'm just not daft enough only to go after one side
