Our initial data here are not representative of a completed study and are only intended to help people conceptualize the idea of using plant extracts as an amino acid source. As discussed in Humbird's TEA (thecounter.org/lab-grown-cult…), it'll be necessary to figure out a way to cheaply supply the required amino acids for cultivated meat media. Plant hydrolysates are one promising way to do that. (2/3)
