I continue to find it amazing that The Electric Cinema in Birmingham is being left to disrepair. It is a part of Birmingham's history. Isn't it the oldest cinema in the country or very nearly? It would be such a huge loss if developers got their way and knocked it down.

Sorry Royal Mail, but sort it out. Late deliveries, my name is being trashed, having to constantly refund, sales plummeting. Customers do not believe it takes a week or two for an item to arrive. Don't reply just sort it out #RantOver

I'm suspending servicing international clients. An Australian has complained overan order had not turned up within the 3 to 7 days quoted by Etsy using Royal Mail. It was the seventh day. Even refunded, which Etsy requested, she used the words, 'if it was sent'.

Dear customers, @Etsy are now displaying prices including Tracked delivery, I have not increased the price 300% as it appears and you do no pay the price displayed for every single item if you buy more than one. It is so confusing as people have already said to me.
