@TSB @darkpaw I wouldn’t bother raising a complaint, I’m still waiting months for a conclusion to my case from around the time you had your IT crisis before. Every month I get a letter saying sorry it’s taking a long time 🙄

@TSB @TSB the following browsers have been used; #IE #mozilla #safari #ios #chrome #windows all have the same issue. And the fact the rest of the country has taken the time to express their disappointment kind of suggests you know full well it’s not a local issue with my machine 🙄
