@thedogecoach Creating is different than owning. Open source is a good example. And dogecoin is under some sort of an open license under MIT open source. People contribute to Linux, yet no one owns it. They're placing 'creater' to 'ownership' yet not all creators are owners.
@thedogecoach They can equally say 'no we don't want to' and that's that. But hey they aren't a privately owned corporation? So they do have shareholders to be accountable to?
