Difficulties: - Transitioning period between old #IOTA (Stardust) and new IOTA (Rebased) made L1-based proposals difficult - ~42 million IOTAs dedicated for the IOTA Awareness Initiative (marketing) and IOTA On-Chain Initiative (asset management, staking) were not yet received

Successes: - Processing dozens proposals, supporting #IOTA infrastructure and projects - Net-positive asset management and DeFi, paying off more than operating costs - Improving Tangle DAOs processes - Preparing new operating agreement that will shift governance from SMR to IOTA

Great to see another of our funded #IOTA projects progressing. This one was unique also in that it was the only grant in the current term 24/25 in which we used any SMR token. The reason was that here the tokens are actually used for player rewards, rather than project funding💪
