@BBCNews thats because virgin media don't know how to fix anything, I've been having broadband issues since decemeber, going to have an 8th engineer out and they can't fix that. I can't see then fixing a nation wide issue if they can't fix just a house issue

@bt_uk @keiranatharmony Hello bt. You need to upgrade the exchange in my area as we are stuck with this stupid poor virgin not work broadband. I know if not upgrade my area they will get a ton of new customers. Virgin can't fix anything

@virginmedia So virgin are you going to stop your price increase as you can't even keep your broadband working let alone fix the problem. Or are you just going to keep repeating that you know there's an issue and (NOT) working to fix it.

@virginmedia really, ive been having broadband issues since decemeber and we are into april now. I doubt you will get this fixed if you can't even fix my broadband issue to my house for the last 4 plus months. will it be fixed this year or next year??

@virginmedia Ya right your going to fix the problem. I've been having broadband issues since December have an 8th engineer coming out to prevent to fix it. Plus had to open 2 complaints. Looks like it's time to go to the ombudsman services about your unreliable services

@virginmedia Nothing just an email from the complaints team saying tech visit problem fixed Same message I have had multiple times over the last 4 months. Was told that maybe a repull will be needed but no date given so I could be looking at months of poor unreliable unfit for purpose service

@thismorning @carolvorders This was great to see as a person that was diagnosed late in life I now the struggle of what kids face plus we do grow up to be adults with all the same traits. We need more awareness and understanding. I have been bullyed and made fun of my whole.
