In observance and in honor of Memorial Day, TSBPA offices will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026. We will reopen on Tuesday, May 26 at 8 a.m. (CST). We salute all who have served and sacrificed for our country.
The TSBPA Customer Service Survey is now closed. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback. The survey results will be shared in the agencyโs Strategic Plan, which will be published to the Reports and Policies page on our website in June 2026.
