The board for the Chargers at 37 is such where they could stick and take a really good player or trade down a few spots and still land someone I really like. Ladd McConkey is probably my favorite fit for them right now but the WR run could continue early on tomorrow.
@TDU_Alister They have to be able to run the ball really well, so if this is the best way in their opinion to do that i can understand it, even if i don't love it 🤷♀️ Even if they add to the pass catchers it's prob still going to be bottom 10 group, run game needs to be elite
McConkey was one of the receivers I got assigned tape by @TDU_Alister and my word, outside of the big 3 WRs outside he was my fav player. Hes going to be a matchup nightmare. I think he’ll play slot, but has capacity to also run outside. Hes going to be catch ALOT of balls. 👌👌
@TDU_Alister @StevenIHaglund @tylerjschoon Honestly I’d rather take Alt or Fashanu (move Slater to RT) or Fuaga at 5. Latham’s biggest weakness is lateral agility. How’s that gonna go vs. Crosby, etc.? Especially when it’s 3rd and 5+ and our WRs are meh. I’ll be irate if Latham’s the pick at 5.
@TDU_Alister It just seems that pick #5 is in “elite player” range and nothing that I have graded or seen on tape screams “elite” about Latham.
@TDU_Alister Very true. I would then begin to question the process against other well thought evaluators I trust like DJ, Sikema or Rogers which none had Latham that high.

@TDU_Chargers I like this draft..if Harrison is not available at 5..then u trade down for a haul of picks where the 2nd and 3rd round fill up most of ur roster needs with great talent..If this is how Thursday night goes than I would also take Brenden RiCe wit the first 2nd round pick.

@TDU_Chargers Stover has continued to grow on me also. He has deceptive shiftiness and speed to get into the second level and plays with a gritty, rugged mentality. Would be a great fit for anyone needing a traditional Y TE.
