@flaminhaystacks Similar at my old station. Watch manager who witnessed bullying and did nothing promoted, sexual harasser promoted to CM, convicted wife beater promoted to CM and and open racist promoted to watch manager all within a year. So glad I'm gone.
@McCoolWrites @EdinburghUni The University don't do criminal record checks on its security staff either. These are the people thst respond to these incidents and often are left alone with vulnerable students.
