Interesting snow...north and south of where that second heavier band moved through, amounts are an inch or less. Those who got that band are over 2”. I just measured 2.4” in Farmington Hills. Fluffy, powdery snow...great for skiing/sledding, but not for building snowpeople.

I'm so glad that God calls us to be living sacrifices and not spectacular successes.

I heard a LOT about being willing to die for my faith in youth groups from many of the same people who are currently terrified of losing political or social power. It’s a reminder for *all* of us that we might be cultivating a counterfeit courage instead of the real thing.
