@MorrisonDMs_ You’ve not ‘reached out directly [to] assist’. You’ve reached out to say the same thing: that you will only send another one if I fill a full basket with other items & pay for delivery a second time. This is a complete breach of your statutory duties & will spoil a child’s party.

2/2 Please confirm you’ll send another one today without me having to (a) buy other things from you and (b) pay for delivery again. The Consumer Rights Act entitles me to a replacement and that’s all I want, so that my child’s birthday isn’t spoiled.

@Morrisons 1/2 I ordered letter mugs to make chocolate mug cakes as sustainable party bags. I bought other things to get delivery. Someone packed all the mugs in a bag with a glass bottle. Unsurprisingly 1 got broken. You won’t replace it unless I put a whole other order in.

She’s also doing a charity walk whilst we’re there, to raise money for @NEWSFORTOFS who have done so much to support her in her little, surgery-filled life.

@Ryanair I’m flying Weds with my gastrostomy fed child. I’ve filled in every form you sent. I’ve provided medical evidence. I’ve had umpteen live chats chasing the medical waiver. Told it would arrive 48hrs before. It hasn’t. We can’t fly without it. What’s going on, please?
