This is unacceptable as this has now caused nothing but problems for said neighbor, as both orders arrived stone cold, and not to where they should have been delivered. I will be urging everyone I know to not use either of your services from now on.

@Deliveroo @JustEatUK I think you both need to sort your systems out, as I've had 2 orders for another address in my area turn up at my house. Both of your drivers were given my address, yet speaking to the neighbor that ordered, it was definitely ordered to their address.

@DeliverooHelp @Deliveroo I tried escalating it, and your employees didn't want to help. I have managed to sort it out now anyway, so any help is no longer needed. I will however be steering as many people away from yor service as possible from now on...

@Deliveroo can you please tell me what checks you do on your delivery drivers, as yet again, they cannot seem to get a delivery right. I have had an order turn up at my house that I DID NOT order, yet no one on any contact number can seem to tell me where it should have gone.
