ベイズモデリングで隠れ変数ｓでクラスタを指定して、それに依存する形で観測変数ｘがでてる（z,s→x）、みたいなのよくあるけど、クラスタに起因する効果を埋め込みｚから除去できていることって保証されてなくないか？具体的にはscVIとかscRNAseqの深層生成モデルでバッチ補正をするときなんだけど

話題が複数出てきた時の話題の管理ができなさ過ぎてマジでナンセンスな質問をしてくるんですよね。 なので、こちらも相手に合わせて、趣味を聞かれようが何を聞かれようが絶対に研究の話題しか話さない事で、表面的には会話が成立するように聞こえる、という裏技を開発しました。おちました。
最適輸送とセットで出てくるのは、このダイナミクスの設計でWasserstein距離の意味での最短距離をつかう所で出てくるんや。あんま生成速度がどうでもいいscRNAseqだとフローの設計に面白さを加えないと拡散モデルでよくね、となりそう。
FlowMatchingふんわり理解。ベイズ的なモデル化はVAEと同じ： x~N(0,1), φ(x;θ)~データ分布q これをt=0の分布Nをt=1のqに変換した、と見て”時間発展演算子”φ_tにすると対応するベクトル場uが存在するからこれを学習。t=0,1の境界条件だけ決まってるからダイナミクスを設計するところに自由度がある
claude codeつかったらscRNAseq公開データをmergeしてUMAP作図するまでを一晩でできてビビってる。適当にやってあんま綺麗にならなかったら何をどうこねても上手くいかんし、研究って最大値を一個出せばいいゲームだからこの時点でデータ選んでしまってやりたい事やるほうが良い感じする
研究者として行きたいならPhDはNature Cell Scienceを量産してるところに留学しないとダメって言われたンけど、それに関しては彼女優先かもしれん
