@ZJAyres It sometimes gets me working when feeling lazy but always find to continue for a full day. Either I get into a zone and forget to break or I take a 5 min break that turns into something else or get a phone call or a instant message for work and then start finishing small tasks

@SShawnWei I tend to go last author and corresponding author when publishing with one of my student...allows postdocs and other students higher up the author list (in order of contribution) but also gives me the final responsibility for the paper long term.

@DrWendyRocks How can we stop this? I hate that this happens. It is community destroying and yet the victim takes all the pain and the one who does it just seems to go about their life and continue to act in the same way?! Let's shifting the pain fr victim to abuser
