@Speedgoatkarl @SageCanaday It's cheating to use it and race. If there was a TUE that was disclosed, that's a different story. I'm a back-of-the-pack 54 year old, but I at the very least deserve to know how many of the guys in front of me are taking testosterone.

First road marathon in 16 years. 8 months after getting my hamstring reattached. My kiddo decided to do Avenue of the Giants as her first and I couldn't resist tagging along (until 18 miles when she dropped me!) Perfect beautiful course and day 🙂

Leaving the gym today (I do real estate so I can go to the gym in the middle of the day😄)I was the youngest of the 5 guys in the locker room. Oldest guy was 82. I gave him a fist bump and told him I was working out so that I'd be there when I am his age.

Didn't get in the HURT 100 lottery this year, which was lucky because I'm not fully recovered from my hamstring surgery. So came to volunteer and show my kid around Hawaii and it doesn't suck being here in January anyway!

Haven’t been updating here much lately, but I slid out on a trail run a few weeks ago and tore my hamstring off and had to get surgery a couple weeks ago. So lots of laying around now and time to catch up on some things

Kept seeing younger guys on the trail yesterday with older women and my initial thought was “dang, these cougars are KILLING it these days!” But then I realized it was Mother’s Day. (In my defense I’m recovering from dental surgery and my brain’s been a bit fuzzy all week)

@SageCanaday I agree with the importance of learning how to evaluate information and understand studies, for sure. Should be mandatory classes on that in school. Since that’s not the case, people should try to take in information from multiple sources. And probably not trust anyone ever 😄.
